  1. Making Your Reservation
  • How to Book: Reserve through our website, mobile app, or speak directly with our customer service team available 24/7 at (800) 546-6508.
  • Information Required: To ensure a personalized service, provide complete details including precise pickup/drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger count, and any special accommodations needed.
  • Booking Flexibility: We pride ourselves on accommodating last-minute requests when possible. While we accept ASAP bookings, we recommend reserving 2-4 hours ahead for sedans and SUVs, and 24-48 hours for larger vehicles to guarantee availability.
  • Reservation Accuracy: Incomplete or inaccurate booking information may result in service delays or cancellation. We reserve the right to modify arrangements when necessary to ensure safety and service quality.
  1. Investment in Excellence
  • Payment Authorization: Your payment method will be securely authorized 24-72 hours before your scheduled service, with final charges processed the day after trip completion.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and maintain specialized billing arrangements for corporate clients and high-volume accounts.
  • Pricing Transparency: Our rates reflect the premium experience we deliver. Final charges may include additional costs for tolls, extended wait times, or route modifications as discussed with your chauffeur.
  • Group Transportation Deposits: Motor coach and large vehicle reservations require a 50% deposit at booking to secure your reservation.
  1. Flexibility When Plans Change

Cancellation Grace Periods:

  • Sedans and SUVs: 2-hour advance notice
  • Limousines and Sprinters: 72-hour advance notice
  • Motor coaches and large vehicles: 7-day advance notice

Modification Policy: Need to adjust your booking? Contact us by phone or email. We’ll accommodate changes whenever possible, though modifications may affect pricing based on availability and timing.

Weather and Circumstances: Mother Nature and unforeseen events sometimes intervene. When circumstances beyond anyone’s control affect service, we’ll work diligently to provide alternatives or appropriate refunds.

  • Professional Chauffeurs: Every member of our driving team completes comprehensive PAX and Smith System training, ensuring both technical expertise and exceptional service delivery. You’ll receive your chauffeur’s contact information via email or text prior to service.
  • Airport Services: We monitor flight schedules in real-time and provide complimentary wait time—20 minutes for domestic arrivals, 45 minutes for international flights. Our chauffeurs meet sedan and SUV passengers at baggage claim; larger vehicles can arrange curbside pickup or dedicated greeters for $75 per flight.
  • Enhanced Services: Child safety seats available for $25 per seat per trip. Your well-behaved pets are welcome aboard our vehicles.
  1. Time and Additional Stops
  • Complimentary Wait Time: The first 15 minutes of any wait period are provided at no charge.
  • En-Route Stops: Brief stops (under 10 minutes) along your route incur no additional fee. Extended stops convert your service to our hourly rate structure.
  • Receipts: Documentation of your service is automatically emailed upon completion.
  1. Your Responsibilities as Our Guest

We need your help to deliver the exceptional service you expect. Please provide precise pickup information, contact details, and timing requirements to ensure seamless coordination. Our vehicles are extensions of your professional and personal image, so we expect courteous behavior toward our team and fellow passengers. While we maintain secure, clean vehicles, you remain responsible for your personal items, luggage, and valuables throughout your journey.

  1. Safety and Vehicle Standards

Vehicle Maintenance: Our fleet undergoes rigorous maintenance and cleanliness standards to ensure your safety, comfort, and confidence.

Passenger Expectations:

  • No smoking in any vehicle
  • Alcoholic beverages only when legally permissible and pre-arranged
  • Maintain appropriate volume and behavior to ensure a pleasant environment for all

Service Termination: Violations of these standards may result in immediate service termination without refund.

  1. Protection and Limitation

Transportation is a real-world business with real-world challenges. While we strive for perfection, AJL International cannot be held responsible for delays or complications caused by traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, or mechanical issues beyond our control. Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for your specific service—we cannot assume liability for indirect consequences like missed appointments or incidental expenses resulting from transportation delays. By using our services, you agree to protect AJL International, our team, and our partners from claims arising from your booking and transportation experience.

  1. Unforeseen Circumstances

Natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, government actions, labor strikes, and other extraordinary circumstances may occasionally disrupt service. When this happens, we’ll provide alternative arrangements when possible or appropriate refunds when service cannot be delivered. In the rare event of mechanical problems, we immediately dispatch a replacement vehicle. If timely replacement isn’t possible, we’ll assist with alternative transportation or provide a full refund.

  1. Passenger Policies

Personal luggage is welcome within reasonable limits, though oversized items, excessive baggage, or special cargo may require additional arrangements or fees. Passengers under 18 must travel with a parent or guardian, or have written parental authorization. Special arrangements and supervision fees apply for unaccompanied minors under 16.

  1. Intellectual Property Protection

Our website, mobile applications, marketing materials, logos, and proprietary content belong exclusively to AJL International. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials is prohibited and legally actionable.

  1. Partnership Conclusion

Either party may end our service relationship with appropriate notice. AJL International reserves the right to discontinue service for clients who violate these terms, demonstrate inappropriate behavior, or fail to meet payment obligations.

  • Governing Authority: Texas state law governs these terms and conditions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Should disagreements arise, we’ll work toward resolution through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
  • Terms Validity: If any portion of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
