that assists us in delivering the highest quality service in

How do I know I am getting a high-quality chauffeur
and vehicle?

How does AJL International maintain

How do I make reservations?

Whom do I call if I cannot find my driver?
Our dispatch team is always aware of the location of your vehicle.
If you do not make contact with your driver at the specified
time, simply call 1.800.546.6508.
How do I know if a reservation is accepted?
Once you have placed a reservation, you will receive an immediate
email confirmation containing a reservation number and a confirmed
status. If the trip is booked online within 12 hours of the
scheduled pickup, you will receive an email containing a reservation
number with a pending status. Once this reservation number
is received in pending reservations, call AJL
International at 1.800.546.6508 to
confirm availability.

Who do I contact about flight cancellations and delays?
Our dispatch team constantly monitors all commercial and private
aircraft.
Whom do I contact if I need to cancel a reservation?
Contact our dispatch team at 1.800.546.6508 to
make cancellations. Sedan cancellations require at least 2 hours
notice to avoid charges, and vehicles such as limousines, vans
and buses require 48-72 hours notice.
What is the payment methods accepted by AJL
International ?
AJL International accepts
AMEX, VISA, Discover, MasterCard and Diner's Club. All billing,
including credit card processing and invoicing is handled in
our Dallas corporate office. No transactions take place in
the car. Clients sign a voucher and then receive an e-receipt
within 24-48 hours after the service is completed. Corporate
clients have the option of account invoicing which can be set
up through the AJL International accounting
department.
Is my information safe?
AJL International is
a Verisign-secured site. Using the most advanced encryption
technology available, your payment information is safe and
secure.
How do I modify a reservation if my schedule changes?

make any modifications.
